Emergy® Responsibility strategy

Emergy® is committed to responsible business practices that promote well-being, people-centred management and people skills at work. As a small business, we focus on tangible and impactful actions that reflect our values: authenticity, helping others, a science-based approach and customer focus.


Strategy Priorities

Our responsibility is built on three pillars:

  1. Social responsibility
  2. Environmental responsibility
  3. Economic sustainability

 

1. Social responsibility

  • Well-being at work and culture: we create a working environment based on trust and openness, where our employees can grow and develop their skills. Emergy’s coaching is based on scientifically proven knowledge and all employees have access to this coaching, which is part of our everyday work.
  • Customer centricity: The customer is at the heart of what we do. We provide coaching solutions based on scientific research that deliver measurable value and contribute to the well-being and effectiveness of our clients’ work communities.

 

2. Environmental responsibility

  • Low carbon: We favour distance learning and digital content production to minimise travel and material consumption.
  • Sustainable procurement: We choose partners whose values support our sustainability objectives.

 

3. Economic sustainability

  • Long-term growth: We aim for steady business growth and invest in new digital products and services that increase scalability and customer benefits.
  • Supporting the community: We promote people skills at work at a societal level, for example by participating in local projects and sharing our knowledge widely.

 

Objectives and Implementation

  • Social responsibility: We systematically develop coaching content and methods that enhance the well-being and performance of our clients’ work communities.
  • Environmental responsibility: We reduce the environmental impact of our activities, for example by digitalising our services. For example Emergy® WORKPLACE-, LEADERSHIP- and SKILL -products.
  • Financial sustainability: We monitor key business metrics to ensure efficient use of resources and continuous delivery of customer value.

 

Measuring and monitoring

While annual sustainability reporting is not necessary given the size of your organisation, we will regularly monitor the impact of sustainability measures as part of our business assessment:

  • Internal workshops and staff surveys to improve wellbeing and culture.
  • Environmental impact assessment through digital and travel reduction practices.
  • Collection and analysis of customer feedback to support continuous improvement.

 

Communication and Engagement

  • Internal communication: Clearly communicated sustainability objectives and visibility of actions in the workplace.
  • External communication: Integrating sustainability measures into marketing communications, for example through blogs and webinars.

This strategy provides Emergy with a concrete framework for sustainability actions and helps to communicate its commitment to well-being and sustainability to customers and stakeholders.
